Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns / exchanges?
I accept returns and exchanges within 15 days after receiving your purchase, if the product/s is/are intact and have not been washed or worn.
Except for in circumstances where the product has some kind of fault when the customer receives it, the client must pay the shipping cost of sending us the product/s. Once we have received the products we will send the client a coupon which he/she can use in our website, equivalent to the amount of money of the returned product. This code will be valid for one year (beginning on the day we send it).
If you would like to exchange a product or ask for an exchange, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your purchase number and the reason behind your request.
What do you have to do if you want to return a product?
If you would like to return a product or ask for a refund, please send an email to email@example.com detailing your purchase number, your name and surname or the email that you used during your purchase. Please, detail the reasons behind your request and we will reply as soon as possible.
What is the period within which I can return a product?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your purchase.
Do returns have a cost for the client?
The only cost for the client are the shipping cost for returning the product.
I want a bearded product. Do you ship to all parts of the world?
Of course! All the purchases are shipped all over the world twice a week. The day your purchase is shipped you will be sent an email confirming that your purchase is on its way. My products are shipped from Galicia (Spain) through the Spanish National Mail Service. You can ask your local Post Office for estimated time of arrival.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once I have shipped your order and after that it's up to the postal system to do it's work. Delivery times will vary from country to country:
PLEASE, NOTE that! due to COVID lockdowns International (overseas and European (UK and Italia)) shipments are being delayed as they are being kept in quarantine from 15-25 days before being delivered.
· Spain: between 2 and 20 business days
· International: between 3 and 15 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
I am not responsible for packages lost in transit!
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
I always ship via the Spanish postal service and small parcel services. I only offer tracking information for large orders, that are sent in larger parcels. So if your shipping confirmation e-mail doesn't include a tracking number, it is because the Spanish postal service DO NOT provide me with any tracking information. Until the Spanish postal service changes their pricing this is the most economical way I can operate.
How much do I have to pay for the shipment of my purchase?
Shipping cost are calculated during the purchase procedure and vary accordint to:
· Country where items will be sent.
· Products that have been purchased.
· Weight of the package.
· Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: starts at 1,50 EUR + VAT
· Canary Islands: starts at 2,50 EUR + VAT
· Rest of Europe: starts at 1,78 EUR + VAT
· Rest of the world: starts at 2,68 EUR + VAT
Where can I receive my package?
The package will be sent to the address which you have indicated during the purchase procedure. You can indicate any valid shipping address (home, work...).
What is the shipping procedure?
You will receive an email once your purchase has been completed. You will receive a second email once your purchase has been shipped.
