Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns / exchanges?

I accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase of the product, so long as it is unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition. Except for in special cases (defective merchandise), the customer will be expected to pay the return shipping cost and will receive a store credit. To inquire about a return or exchange, please email shipping@labarbudashop.com with your order number and request.

¿Como se realiza la devolución de un producto o artículo?

Para solicitar una devolución, escribe a labarbuda@labarbudashop.com indicando el número de pedido, nombre completo o e-mail utilizado al hacer el pedido. Añade también las causas del cambio y te responderemos lo más rápido posible.

¿Cuál es el plazo para realizar una devolución?

Para cualquier devolución, tienes un plazo de 1 a 14 días desde la realización del pedido.

¿Cuál es el coste de la devolución?

Las devoluciones son siempre gratuitas, el cliente, no obstante, correrá con los gastos de devolución.

Shipping

I want a bearded product. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes I do! All the bearded orders ship out (worldwide) twice a week: every Tuesday and Thursday. The day your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order is on its way. I send my products from Galicia (Spain) by post, so you can ask in your nearest post office the number of days in which you will receive your bearded product.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once I have shipped your order and after that it's up to the postal system to do it's work. Delivery times will vary from country to country:

· Spain: between 2 and 20 business days

· International: between 3 and 15 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

I am not responsible for packages lost in transit!

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

I always ship via the Spanish postal service and small parcel services. I only offer tracking information for large orders, that are sent in larger parcels. So if your shipping confirmation e-mail doesn't include a tracking number, it is because the Spanish postal service DO NOT provide me with any tracking information. Until the Spanish postal service changes their pricing this is the most economical way I can operate.

¿Cuánto hay que pagar por los gastos de envío?

Shipping cost depends on the package weight and its shipping address.

Shipping cost to Spain (including Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla) starts at 1,15 EUR + IVA.

Shipping cost to Canary Island starts at 2,50 EUR + IVA.

Shipping cost to Europe starts at 1,78 EUR + IVA.

International (overseas) shipping cost starts at 2,68 EUR + IVA.

¿Dónde se puede recibir el pedido?

El pedido se enviará a la dirección elegida durante el proceso de compra. Puede utilizar cualquier dirección postal válida (domicilio, trabajo, etc.)

¿Cuál es el proceso de envío a domicilio?

Recibirás un e-mail de confirmación de pedido tan pronto como hayamos recibido tu compra y en cuanto sea depositado en Correos, recibirás un nuevo e-mail de confirmación de envío para que sepas que ya está en camino.
